Feed your face and your skin with this nourishing mix full of antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins A, B and E, protein, potassium and omega 6 fatty acids. With its anti-bacterial properties this recipe helps to restore your skin to its natural sebum.
Beat together 1 tablespoon of natural local honey and 2 egg yolks with a cup of oil, I used rice bran but you can use olive oil. Mash into this mix 1 banana. For a face mask apply to your face and neck and leave on for 20 - 30 minutes. Wash clean with warm water and pat dry. This recipe sounds messy but it isn't which is a bonus. For a body wash take 1/2 cup of this recipe and add either 1/4 cup of brown sugar or 1/4 cup of ground oats; they are both glorious it is just a matter of choice. Apply to your wet skin and wash off with warm water. Keep the remainder of the mixture in a jar and leave in a cool dark place to use again in a few days’ time.
Your skin will think it's had an expensive spa treatment and will feel truly wonderful.
