Monday Matters STRESSED OUT!!???


We all get stressed now and again and we all have different ways of dealing with it. Daily stress as well as poor diet, lack of sleep and sadness all affect our face and our skin, visibly aging it. Some of us deal with this stress by going to the gym; others don't have the time or the inclination.

Owning a pet can help raise our serotonin and dopamine levels that have calming properties. Loving our pets reduces depression and calms us down while also lowering our blood pressure. Walking our dogs, or riding our horses gives us exercise too. Another good reason why our pets are good for us -they keep us young looking :)
