My bath soaks and salts are included in our winter sale. It's that time of year. It's cold and miserable and before YOU get cold and miserable soak away those chills and colds and coughs before they bring you DOWN. Take the time to run a bath, soak and relax for at least 20 minutes in a warm tub absorbing their healing powers. Check them out and take the plunge. Your immune system and your skin will surely thank you for it.
Back home again in the woods after a couple of nice days on the East Coast of Tasmania and a day spent at the St Helens Arts Market. I was amazed at how many people still don't realise how much rubbish they are putting into their skin and therefore into their bodies :( If you wouldn't eat it please don't put it into your skin.
