Tassie Tips - Good Bye Puffy Eyes

If you have swelling under your eyes or dark circles try this easy tip.

Boil 2 tablespoons fresh basil in I cup of green tea.  (I use 1 teabag). Wait for 5 minutes. Once cool, soak the tea in cotton wool or an eye pad, shut your eyes, pop pads on them and lie back and rest for 10 minutes. You can also use this tea on your whole face if it is a bit puffy too. 

Basil is a great ant aging herb. It is full of antioxidants and vitamins. Green Tea is rich in anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-irritant properties. It is full of tannins which should have a tightening effect on the skin and help to shrink the skin tissues.
