Proudly local, sustainable, handmade & eco-friendly!

My story, from Into Your Skin to Bonnet & Entrance, and beyond.

I first became interested in what we put into our skin in 2015 when I lived off grid in the middle of the Tasmanian bush and realised that many skin products available to us in the shops just did not work.  I started to make my own skincare because if most of what we put on our skin is absorbed, then it's best to keep it natural and organic, and that will help to keep us healthy too. Beautiful skin equals a healthy life.

Into Your Skin was born back then and as I only blend in small batches, everything is fresh. My labels and business cards are either made by me from recycled paper or made by a company that are environmentally responsible using recycled paper, solar power, benign press chemicals and nontoxic/vegie inks.

In late 2019 I opened Bonnet & Entrance Eco Store, a small tourist shop in Strahan on the beautiful West Coast of Tasmania, supporting local makers and artists, ecofriendly and natural, with sustainable wares made only in Australia.

In May 2020, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we decided to bring them both together, and we grew more natural and more Australian.  What fun that was!

In August 2021, due to health and family reasons we relocated back to WA. After 5 months of travelling, we are now settling into our new home in Nannup; a picturesque small town in the South West that lies beside the Blackwood River. Surrounded by forests, and about an hours drive to some lovely beaches, it is another top spot to enjoy nature and life.

We have recently re-opened our store at 68 Warren Road in Nannup, open 5 days, Thursday to Monday from 10 am to 4 pm.  Do drop in for a browse and a chat!
